RFQ 1385 - PDB Services for Lake Mathews Pressure Control Structure and Electrical System Upgrades Project:

Metropolitan is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Design-Builders (DB) to provide progressive design-build (PDB) services to design and build a new pressure control structure, tunneling and excavation to install 10- and 14-foot diameter pipelines, various electrical improvements, coordinating with utility providers and permitting authorities, and other ancillary facilities and equipment. The cost of the Project is currently estimated to be between $300,000,000 and $350,000,000.

All Respondents must register on Metropolitan’s online solicitation system, PlanetBids, at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/16151/portal-home to download the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) online in accordance with the RFQ requirements.
