BUSINESS ACCOUNT
A Business Account (BA) allows your company to pay for your employee’s membership through Company/Corporate Billing. This provides corporate discount pricing for new members and the system will invoice the company one bill for multiple memberships. The system also allows the memberships effective date to be all the same for future billing. Convenience for you and peace of mind for your employees!
Guidelines:
- Organization must be in an Auto Club Enterprises territory
- Must have at least 7 employees to enroll into the business account.
- Company is responsible for collecting additional funds to cover upgrades and associates.
- Members own their memberships. They can add associates, upgrade, modify and use service calls for any eligible vehicle they are in.
- Business accounts are not intended to be used for company vehicles.

What is your favorite AAA Membership Benefit?
My favorite AAA benefits are discounts and travel. I love to save
money! I enjoy booking with a trusted travel agent versus a website that has no
human connection. The AAA travel agents are trained and so versed in their
jobs. I recently booked with my agent who gave me tons of ideas that I hadn’t
even considered. Planning with a travel agent at AAA takes the anxiety out of
traveling even during a pandemic.
Tell us about a time the AAA membership helped one of
your members:
The value of AAA membership comes from all directions. I had a
family member who was reluctant to purchase a membership at AAA. She didn’t see
the value in having one until the day she needed us. It was 4pm on a busy
intersection in Louisville, KY that we all call Spaghetti Junction. She hit a
huge pothole. It broke something loose that connected her tire to the vehicle.
She called AAA Roadside Service. The tow service got her vehicle safety and
towed her and the vehicle to the nearest AAA preferred auto repair shop. The
tow truck driver told her the cost of the tow would have been $175. She paid
$0. Then, I reminded her that she will also be receiving a AAA discount at the
repair shop. The repairs AAA discount saved her $271. AAA saved my family
member from a scary situation providing them with the piece of mind of our
legendary roadside service but also saved them over $446 in the process.
