What is CPP?
Critical Peak Pricing (CPP) is a demand response program that asks customers to reduce their energy consumption for 12 events during the on-peak hours of 4pm to 9pm during summer months. Customers that reduce their usage earn bill credits which helps reduce higher energy charges.
