Background:
For over a decade, Mr. Martinez is a Construction Scheduler skilled in the field of construction management, with a strong emphasis in construction claim mitigation, administration, management, and construction scheduling.  He is familiar with the major aspects of a construction project and program-wide objectives.  

He is experienced in developing baseline schedules as well as reviewing contractor baseline schedule and providing recommendations to the clients to minimize risk.  

He is proactive in his duties and responsibilities through continuous monitoring of the schedule, budget activities, plans, and legal requirements. He is an effective communicator verbally and in writing, leading and supporting his team as necessary.
